A good start...
First, we carefully select the optimal high-quality ingredients in complete accordance with your demands. This could be meat and cereals, but also fats, minerals, vitamins and other desired functional ingredients such as yucca, rosemary or green-tea extract. These ingredients are then weighed out in the right quantities, after which they are ground to a fine substance in a hammermill.
In the extruder, water and steam are added. The mixture is then pressed through a die at high pressure. A die is a type of mould, which determines the shape of the kibble. Because we have several types of dies, we are capable of producing many different shapes of kibble. As soon as the kibble comes through the die, it expands and assumes its final shape.
Subsequently, the kibbles are dried. This drying process ensures a longer shelf life and makes the kibble a lot crispier, which is good for dogs' and cats' teeth.
In this machine, oils and fats are sprayed onto the kibble. These are essential nutrients for dogs and cats.
Before the food is put into the right packaging, it goes through quality control. Using analysis equipment, the produced kibble is tested to see if it meets all specifications and requirements.
The last step in the production process is, of course, packaging the kibble into your packaging. Both small and bulk packages are sealed, folded or glued using bagging machines. The filled bags are then stacked onto pallets.
